Engage Winona is moving Winona forward, together. We bring people together to share their stories, spark ideas, and create our future. We train and support people to get involved in their community. We share stories of people who make our community strong. Donate today and join us!
Dialogue
We bring people together to share stories, spark ideas, and co-create the future. This is also known as community engagement. We facilitate conversations, events, and more creative ways to get the full community involved in creating their future. Join us at our upcoming events!
Support
We share stories of people who make our community strong. We reflect the comments, voices and ideas of our community through creative storytelling, and we provide a platform for features that are co-created with community members.
Training
We train and support people to get involved in their community. This is also known as capacity building. We provide interactive activities, workshops and events on a variety of topics – turning ideas into action, building volunteer teams, finding support. We offer immersive cohort programs like Lived Experience Leaders. We also facilitate and provide project management for groups and coalitions working on community-wide challenges and opportunities.
